Canberra, ACT is the capital of Autralia. It is inland (unfortunately), i.e. no diving, and IMO it was somewhat of a dead town, especially during the school holidays.
Monday and tuesday, before the conf, had beautiful warm weather (considering we're nearing winter here), so I went around the city and visited the War Memorial and National Museum . I also got the chance to go for a Balloon Ride above the city yesterday (friday), which was great, except for the getting up at 04:40 bit :)       The rest of the pictures from Australia are here The pictures from linux.conf.au are there |
